Candidates’ rights

  • Candidates are invited to complete their application forms and the content of the examination.
  • Candidates are informed of the date, venue, content and fees of the examination.
  • Applicants who do not meet the conditions for admission to certification are notified.
  • Candidates may object to the notification referred to in the previous indent.
  • Candidates with disabilities have the right to have the examination adapted for them.
  • Candidates have the right to object to the Notice of Ineligibility for admission to certification within 3 days of receipt of the decision.
  • Candidates may lodge an objection against the work of the Board of Examiners.
  • If a candidate is unable to sit the examination for valid reasons or aborts it, the examination fee paid shall be refunded, less the costs incurred.
  • The whole exam can take up to 240 minutes.
  • The candidate has the right to 15 minutes of preparation time before the oral examination.
  • The ZRZ or the accredited organisation shall inform the candidate in writing of his/her success in the examination no later than eight days after the date of the written examination.
  • The mark of the oral examination shall be communicated to the candidate immediately after the oral examination.
  • The candidate has the right to consult the examination file.
  • You may take the test more than once until you have proved your competence.
