{"id":1731,"date":"2024-12-24T00:25:12","date_gmt":"2024-12-23T23:25:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/razvoj2.zrz.si\/candidates-rights\/"},"modified":"2024-12-24T00:25:12","modified_gmt":"2024-12-23T23:25:12","slug":"candidates-rights","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/zrz.si\/en\/candidates-rights\/","title":{"rendered":"Candidates&#8217; rights"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li>Candidates are invited to complete their application forms and the content of the examination.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates are informed of the date, venue, content and fees of the examination.<\/li>\n<li>Applicants who do not meet the conditions for admission to certification are notified.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates may object to the notification referred to in the previous indent.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates with disabilities have the right to have the examination adapted for them.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates have the right to object to the Notice of Ineligibility for admission to certification within 3 days of receipt of the decision.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates may lodge an objection against the work of the Board of Examiners.<\/li>\n<li>If a candidate is unable to sit the examination for valid reasons or aborts it, the examination fee paid shall be refunded, less the costs incurred.<\/li>\n<li>The whole exam can take up to 240 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>The candidate has the right to 15 minutes of preparation time before the oral examination.<\/li>\n<li>  The ZRZ or the accredited organisation shall inform the candidate in writing of his\/her success in the examination no later than eight days after the date of the written examination. <\/li>\n<li>The mark of the oral examination shall be communicated to the candidate immediately after the oral examination.<\/li>\n<li>The candidate has the right to consult the examination file.<\/li>\n<li>You may take the test more than once until you have proved your competence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Candidates are invited to complete their application forms and the content of the examination.
