Development of a Methodology for Projection of Labour Market Needs in Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in Craft and Small Business and Case Model of Projection the Needs in Car-Repair sector
The task was carried out in the framework of the project DialogeS .
In the context of Methodology we:
- determined the situation craft and small business (in 2013) and responsibilities of competent institutions;
- identified problems that disable forecasting of labor market needs and indicate the possible solutions;
- proposed measures for more effective monitoring of labor market needs, to eliminate labor market mismatches as much as possible, and for integration of employers in SMEs in the adequate education and training;
- prepared Methodology for Projection of Labour Market Needs in Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in Craft and Small Business;
- case model of projection of the needs.
DialogeS project focuses on practical solutions that are based on proposals allow policy makers and ESS better monitor the needs on the labour market in craft and small business as well as open debate on better forecasting of the educational process for the provision of knowledge and skills (qualifications) needed in craft and small business and through this reduced unemployment.
The strategic objective of the project is to prepare the basis for the preparation of proposals to improve working conditions, employment, measures of active employment policy and lifelong learning, with particular emphasis on craft and small business. More about the DialogeS project
